Privacy
What this site collects, which services see it, and how to have it removed. It is short, because there isn’t much.
The short version
This site sets no cookies, shows no advertising, doesn’t track you across other sites and has no mailing list. Three services see something when you use it: Cloudflare to serve the site and count visits, Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots off the contact form, and Resend to deliver what you send me. The live Power BI reports load from Microsoft, which is covered below.
Reading the site: Cloudflare
Cloudflare hosts binexus.net. Like any host, it handles your IP address and your browser’s details to deliver each page and to protect the site from attacks.
Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not fingerprint you. What I see are totals: which pages were read, which sites sent readers here, and readers’ countries, browsers and device types. Nothing in it tells me who you are.
Sending the contact form: Turnstile and Resend
When you start filling in the form on the About page, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person is sending it rather than a bot. It reads signals from your browser, such as your IP address and browser type, and Cloudflare uses them to detect bots, not to identify, profile or target anyone. There is no puzzle to solve.
Resend then emails me your name, your email address and your message, and keeps a record of the delivery. My inbox is hosted by Google. I keep your message so I can reply to it, and I don’t add you to any list.
Power BI reports
Some pages show live Power BI reports, which load from Microsoft. On the home page and the About page each one waits for you to click it; until then you see a picture served from this site. The live report near the end of the P&L matrix guide loads as you scroll down to it. Once a report loads, Microsoft handles it under its own privacy statement and may set its own cookies.
Your choices
To ask what I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to any of the above, email contact@binexus.net. It costs nothing, and I’ll reply within 30 days.
The services’ own policies: Cloudflare, Resend, Microsoft and Google.
